The scale on 17 is open most of the time if not all the time.I wish there was an alternate route around.

I didn't know (ignorance) that I was required to stop at this site, with an empty Budget truck that I was returning to St. Mary's GA. Got chased down, and given a warning (vs. a ticket, which is apparently $150 and 4 points on your license).
