Parking: Exit 278 has a TA and Shell truckstop north of the scales, and exit 263 has a Pilot south of the scales.

Woodburn NB is not a point of entry and they do not preform level 1 inspections at this coop. By passing this scale using the 99E route would not be of any benefit as the two scales are usually open simultaneously and offer the same service. There is another way around but if you are running that illegal part it and get off my road, my grandmother and kids drive here too!

to get around this one you get off at the woodburn exit last one before the scale and make a right go a couple of miles to hwy 99e and go north 3 or 4 miles and you follow the sign to hwy5 again !
